For Self Employed Individuals not running a business, there is a shoe box package if you wish me to complete a single self assessment return for the full tax year:

Annual Self Assessment shoe box packages are from £50.00

Depending on the amount of transactions to process. (This requires all paperwork, records, receipts and invoices and bank statements for 12 months)
